Each has the original fireplace and a mantel piece has been installed to match what would have been there originally. The cornices around the ceiling, picture rails and the skirting boards have been specially made to replace the original ones in place, but in a dilapidated state when the building was purchased. Upward facing wall lights, a reading lamp and overbed light as well as a hanging light over the coffee table have been installed to provide enough lighting for each room in the various areas.
